Why these sources
Procurement portals, permit records, and grant listings are what I read every week to find work and price it. The Actors here are the scrapers I would want if I were paying for them: one schema per source family, nulls instead of empty strings, and a timestamp on every record so you know how fresh it is.
Rules I don't break
Public pages and public APIs only. Nothing behind a login, paywall, or members-only label. robots.txt is honored and sources that block crawlers are dropped, not worked around. No captcha solving, no fingerprint evasion, no residential proxies. No individual personal data: business names and official government buyer contacts, nothing else.

Every Actor is smoke-tested against its live source every two days and fixed the same day a site changes. Open an issue on any Actor's Issues tab on Apify and you will get a reply within one business day.
